err, not.
so, par example; i know you're called steve so if i tell charles21 you are called steve without getting your permission then i get sued by you? or by charles21? who is the suee in that instance? why can't i tell charles21 that you are called steve when that's common knowledge. plus when i get sued by the suee does the money go to them or to the EU or to you?
