I work in the industry and large SUVs are the most popular to steal using "relay theft" (search on Youtube). Personally I would not buy any vehicle that has "comfort entry" start button for this reason unless adding this extra level of security. Your insurance company might insist for any Audi/BMW/Land Rover depending on list price.
Answering your question I went to the What Car awards 2017 and I believe ŠKODA KODIAQ was the winner. It was a very impressive car and great pricing for the sector. I have personally driven Škodas now for 6 years and they are beyond the jokes of old now and are very well specified. Good luck, happy hunting.
