I agree...but I can see it the other way too...
...it could be argued that say someone does piss about in training, and is really arrogant about how great they are, but still gets picked for matches, isn't that going to damage morale in the squad? Also, it sets a bad precedent, one that says yes piss around in training cos you'll get picked anyway, then everyone will start pissing about, it won't work for most, and we'll be s**t.
