No, not all transfers have been poor

but the problem is when you are trying to replace players like Howson, Murphy, Pritchard, Jerome, Olsson, Bennett etc... on a budget, you need the vast majority of transfers to work out, if the overall quality of the squad is not going to gradually get worse.
