Of course I suspect we all think he probably did them but if you can’t lock someone up on the basis of probably, is it right that you can keep them locked up on the basis that they probably did something else? Just feels questionable and open to political interference even if in this case the outcome is probably for the best.

I reckon he will have a reasonable chance of overturning it on appeal if he appeals and I think the chairman of the parole board has been treated harshly.
