it's to do with holding them to account. Which as guardians of a major community based institution, I'm sure they would welcome.

A couple of statements and a bond issue don't make it clear that they have learned from their mistakes and won't repeat them. We clearly did stretch ourselves in the Prem and wasted money in the last transfer window, because now we can't fund our own academy. If they are so confident about the future financial stability of the club, why not stump up the loan themselves?
