the biggest problem is clubs being funded by rich donors (Abramovich, the sheikh at Man City etc) - puring in money form outside the game, in an unsustainable way.
Whereas Arsenal, and ManU, can only really spend money they generate themselves (through tickets sales, sponsorship, tv revenues etc). So he argues that at least they're *earning* the money they spend.
In that sense, Arsenal aren't actually the 'problem' in the way some other clubs are.
