Well.... today he agreed to pay-off just under half today by bank transfer but...

he's now just left a phone message to claim that he is having computer problems and that he has tried calling his bank to make the transfer, but is now going to post me a cheque today. I'm gonna keep the audio file of it as evidence.

At least I can now demonstrate that he acknowledges that he should pay and that he claims he can afford to pay some of it.
