It's not your problem, I would advise him he has until the 31/01/18 to pay
or you will be taken Court Action to recover the debt & will be claiming interest under section 69 of the County Courts Act 1984 at which time he will be liable for Court Fees, Legal Fees & Interest, put in writing & don't enter into dialogue with him anymore.
