it's definitely getting worse

loads of peeps living in vans/trucks parked up down Whitlingham some with kids that can't be healthy at all, where are they s**tting etc? Also I've seen and increase in people living full time on ramshackle boats all along the riverbanks of Norwich sometimes double triple moored up. If you go down the back of Whitlingham there's quite a few tents with people living rough. This is a recent development, as far as I can recall nobody was "tramping" it like that 5 years ago. Something has fractured terribly in our society.
