An appointment of those on the inner circle rather than going out and finding the best coaches! We have no idea how good a coach Wes will be or even if he wants to be. My feeling is that Martin would be a better coach than Wes just because he was the one that had the balls to face the media when things went wrong and he talks intelligently about the game.
