Well I for one am glad we're resisting this insane financial doping

If that means bouncing around the Championship instead of battling to finish 17th in the PL every year, that's a price I'm happy to pay. Personally the ethical satisfaction of knowing our success is based on relatively sustainable financials which aren't going to collapse when our oligarch or crown prince loses interest far outweighs getting five mins on MOTD every Saturday. I find English league football increasingly hard to stomach for this very reason.
