I can understand what they mean

however they forget/don't care that even though they do pay for this service they don't use, their staff may need it. If their staff get ill who pays? Who cares as long as it isn't them. If they die? Who cares we'll just get another lackie to take their place.

Top bosses / directors etc.. Pay the minimum wage - It's not enough to live on for many people. Or zero hour contracts so their staff have very little rights.
Their staff can't survive on it so go to the government for benefit help to live.
Government call them scroungers and find every way possible not to give it (Universal credit fiasco)
Their bosses move their money to Panama to not pay tax and help the benefit system, NHS or Fire / police that their staff may need.

So in essence the staff are getting screwed once by the government and twice by their own bosses.

Tories = scum.
