yeah, that would make sense
perhaps the same with Martin and Jerome. It's a bad situation if true - and I wouldn't be surprised if some agents (who perhaps get a cut of the bonuses too) start being wary of sending their players to us.
From Naismith's point of view, I presume that he won't get anywhere near even the basic wage we pay him if he went to another club. So, from a financial point of view - even without bonuses - he's probably way better off sticking it out.
