dreadful idea

congestion central there as it is, part of the reason unilever made the move i reckon. lots of new estates going up in trowse, poringland, loddon etc will only add to the problem. norfolk council should have naffed off out of the city instead of spending millions on refurbing county hall and clumping up the city even more. or not. who knows?
