Why would you ever hope that?

This sort of thing happens to every club. Even the billionaire clubs get pushed into unwanted sales or sales which they cannot turn down sometimes. Think of Neymar, Diego Costa, Gareth Bale, soon to be Coutinho. If we replaced Delia with Bill Gates we wouldn't be immune to that.
