Agreed, thats the bit that I dont understand.

Its fine calling for patience but we have systematically made players who are proven at this level worse.

We cant score and its not a case of missing chances.
We are not creating anything.
We have also changed the way we play numerous times hoping to hit a winning formula.
We abandoned the "pass it out from the back at all costs" philosophy as we were closed down a lot.

The fans are not expecting miracles, but they do expect the players not to get worse under the current management.

I honestly believe we have decent squad quality at this level.
