Not sure its a case of losing nerve

I think its more that not enough has been done to bring everyone on board with the new structure/direction of travel and expectation management has been poor/ineffective.

Fan expectations are still set at the level of being a club that has money and should be challenging for promotion this season as par (in that scenario we are massively underperforming and its time to blub). But that seems a million miles away from how the club is being set up and aiming for (and in that scenario we are probably only slightly off track).

Club needed to do better at explaining what it is trying to achieve. As it is we have misaligned expectations/success criteria. Supporters have bought (and the club sold?) a different product to what is being delivered.
