If you had invested 25 years of your life, taken a risk when no-one else would and been moderately successful; would you honestly "give up"?

What Delia & MWJ are doing is pretty much Jack Walker did; i.e put the club in Trust as a means of succession planning (and probably good tax planning, too)
Note that Blackburn's real problems only started when the Trust sold out.
