TBF, I think the club has often admitted they have waited too long...
I cant defend the Alex Neil contract either.....saying that......Weber know his arse is on the line and we clearly under performing.
We do go through spurts where we give the manager too much time and then the next manager is given a shorter rope. The shorter rope tends to be with people connected with the club. Gunn and Adams are examples.
