I have no idea how many people play cricket in India or how many woman in India play cricket , but lots of people do and some of them are woman , Cricket is a hugely popular sport in India , the point of my original post was to point out it is neither a minority sport and the people who run it aren't liberal leftie in nature , though their is nothing political to stop anybody liking cricket ...phew !
