in fairness to the club i can't see how they can handle this in any other way

if people don't want to move why should they have to? they've issued a public warning, if some folks insist on standing they will get ejected and possibly banned. they turn a blind eye to the other blocks so maybe the standeruppers should move there then everyone is sorted. you can please some of the people all of the time but a pencil must be led.
