I can only echo this, really helps you when involved in youth football

The biggest problem I've had are the parents in the main. You need thick skin at times but my team had a tough game against one of our main rivals for promotion today. We won 2-1 and a lot of the things you work on in training came of so it makes it worthwhile all the hours and effort you put in.
