why do utility companies guess usage in this day and age?
shirley they can use technology to monitor consumption? they can put a spaceman into a realistic mock up of the moon landings in a hollywood studio to get one up on the commies but we cant accurately monitor domestic fuel consumption. skewed priorities by NASA
