If you can donate via IV tubes in the arms like regular blood donation, yeah I bet

you can have a f**ktonne of biscuits.

However, those of us with really s**t veins would probably have to donate via needle extraction from the hip bone, and for that they give you Really Good Drugs (it's done under general anesthesia) which is even better than biscuits if you ask me.
