& nothing like that would surprise me.
I thought the red card in particular was absolutely obvious - once the man is booked (ie it's a foul) that's the end of the matter. the pen I thought was more arguable - tho I've not seen the replay, and the problem is that it was one of a very large number of similarly one sided decisions, all of which go to undermine one's faith in the ref ....
