last time i bought a tablet i did research on the internet first (Techreviews or What PC or similar) then took Mrs S into a shop that had a couple that might be acceptable (or at least had the right size), which probably was PC World, or maybe John Lewis - even Tesco has a range, then i bought directly from the manufacturer's website as they were the cheapest and had a deal on
