Millwall was strange in that we had 78% possession and they scored from pretty much every

chance they had. Its perhaps not surprising that now we've started defending crosses properly teams are not scoring against us because its not like we were getting carved open regularly in open play.

Sunderland was the same. Dominated, they barely opened us up at all but 2 crosses and a 25 yarder you can't do too much about (except maybe close him down quicker) and they all went in.

At the moment, with this team, the first goal is absolutely crucial in games. If we get in front then we won't lose or draw many from there because we can now keep the ball better.
