Bit unfair, he made 3 big contributions to earn his £90k for 3 months work

1. Gave Neil an improved contract which meant we wouldnt/couldn't sack him when we needed to and has cost us extra compensation.

2. Appointed head hunters to recruit delia's mates right hand land as ceo. An appointment that lasted about 6 months and has no doubt cost us a load of compensation as well.

3. Appointed agents to run our transfers who gave Jerome (wonder who his agent is) a longer term contract meaning we now need to offload him as he's a high earner on a long contract.

Great value for money!
