Abandoning the possession based game or horses for courses?

Was yesterday a pragmatic response to the need to tighten up the defence or do you think Farke has had a re think about his "philosophy" already?

Despite some poor results I hope he sticks with it. If we can re-introduce the passing game but keep the defensive resolve then it could be very effective.
