Good mixture of responses, all sensible!

I think he'll be solid, possibly a bit limited in some respects, but if he's a defender that can actually win some headers and do some defending then he's probably what we need.

My view on all of this is we need a bit of calm to allow farke's philosophy to be coached and develop. While we're in a bit of a flap that's going to be hard to do. So if someone like Hanley can help stabilise things a bit, even if he isn't necessarily the total football centre back we want in the long term, then good.
