To do it properly seems even more of a stupid decision.
We've signed players who aren't good enough or not coached well enough just because they were cheap, it's not surprising players have come like Zimmerman from where he was, I bet that half the people on here would sign for us given the chance but it wouldn't mean we were good enough. Can't blame the players for wanting to play at the highest level they can. Maybe with a manager rather than this sporting director coach setup because at least he'd have an idea what player he'd signed for what job, whereas it sounds as though farke has been told here's your players coach them.
How is this ever a good idea.
