One who could see where our frailties lay.
Who's even in charge of our recruitment is it Webber, farke, or both I know this is a continental thing but as we've said we're in the championship not the budesliga or la liga. If the manager was failing he gets replaced, simple instead of that we kept a failing manager and decided everything about our structure was at fault. Now if farke is the coach and Webber is in charge of recruitment do we have to get rid of both if we fail? Or what keep them both or sack farke and try to find someone else who will work under a sporting director.
