Ostia. Bit of a trip outside but well worth it. Villa adriana also worth a look. And that building used by Mussolini as his headquarters. Great museum there. Can never remember the name.

Then yeah. Forum, pantheon, colloseum, the usual. Luds more. Last time there I was so sick of roman ruins I took the Eurostar train to Florence for the day. Also an amazing city.
