The Pantheon and the Forum were my favourite bits.

If you want to get out of the city, head out via the Via Appia, there's some brilliant lakes and hills once you get past Ciampino airport. Little places like Castel Gandolfo, Nemi (famous for its wild strawberries), Lake Albano and the villages nearby. It's worth a drive up to Rocca di Papa as well.

I also bought a nice suit when I was in Rome - good price and Italian tailoring. Brexit t**ttery hasn't helped much in the Euro exchange rate though.
