i'm having one done
Worst part was getting all of the old tooth out. I spent over an hour in the chair with my mouth open!
I also needed a bone graft, which has taken some time to heal, but been absolutely no problem at all.
Get checked every six weeks
I've got a stud in the place where the implant will go and that doesn't cause any problems.
All in all it will have taken six months from extraction to implant going in.
In summary not painful, just long winded
