Team spirit

Apologies if it's been said/shared already but I read this interview with DF this morning with interest.

As well as the obvious changes in our "philosophy" and personnel I am expecting to see a team spirit and ethos similar to the Lambert era under Farke.

He is working the squad incredibly hard at the moment yet they have all bought into it and dare I say seem to be enjoying it. He seems to have real charisma and the players clearly respect and like him. He's emphasising the importance of team spirit, getting to know each other and discussing "non-football" but still maintaining the hard work mantra.

The approach is so different to that of the last 3 managers and I think with the fans behind the club we will see real improvement throughout the season.

In addition to this - the media team at Carrow Road are playing a blinder at the moment and I hope this new openess continue.
