....getting a replacement in will be on the selling clubs terms which are bound to be a little bit tighter than ours!

NO looks good, fitness permitting, for 20 plus goals in a season. You need a lot of money to buy that sort of quality in, McCormack went for a fortune and couldn't come anywhere near it.

Its not so much the selling that is the problem as the lack of obvious replacements for a reasonable price.

Plus the players are all going to feel unsettled and wondering who might be next. Olivera has made it very clear that, after lots of loans in recent years, he wants to settle down and play somewhere for a few years.

So he won't be a Howson or Dorrans who we are told both wanted to go. I'd be interested, if NO is sold, to see how the club dress it up-they won't be able to make him the pantomime villan as they have with GD and JH.
