He was a ticking time bomb.
Four other girls injured, some severely.
Poor Kerri's eye smashed into pieces before she was killed.
To have every bone in her face broken, the man has no connection of reality, remorse, or control.

It's easy and right sometimes to point fingers at the police, or her family, but I’m sure it wasn't as straight forward as that.

I don't excuse it, but I understand people have anger issues, its human - what I don't understand is not seeking help, or removing triggers that amplify those uncontrollable feelings.

It's complicated. But he is a damaged, and dangerous monster - and his best place is out of society.
