National Debt and Health System

Just tell me how many illegals and immigrants are in the country using both our benefits system and our health system and all the health tourists taking the p--- out of our free health care then p---ing back home without paying their bill,All of these run into millions if not billions this all adds to our Gov borrowing and our Health Service bill
