Moved to be near to the mother in law and the support network that brings with a sprog!
We're looking to upgrade to a more suitably sized family home, i.e. Out of the twin centre, now he would really benefit from a nice garden and some more space.
Incredibly hard to find a sensibly priced family sized home for us to grow in to! Massive jump in price from 3 bed terrace type places to a 3 or 4 bed 1930s semi!
On the other hand, we bought this place as first time buyers and there's no way we could have afforded what we're selling it for. So although I haven't enjoyed the boom my parents did, or even people 5-10 years older than me did, it's only getting worse!
