Is the chain dead dead? Or potentially revivable?

We lost out on our "dream" house in October last year and it really was a kick in the balls.

I'd invested so much time, effort and energy into it so was really gutted when it fell over for no good reason but one that was totally out of my control.

So if that's the situation you're in I really feel for you Mozzer. It's a s**tter.
