He wasn't treated brilliantly. Fundamentally he just shouldn't have been given the job.

McNally was ruthless and hindsight shows he made the right (biggest understatement ever?) decision.

But for someone that only ever gave his best to the club and wanted nothing but the best for us, it would have hurt.

Moving away from the area, back to where is wife is from I think, is probably something that we all would have considered doing.
