A bit of advice for a friend of mine needed please.. hoping the wrath can help
He's hoping to move into a role which involves getting a DBS. Now he had a police caution when he was younger, which should now be filtered and not show on a DBS as far as I can make out. However, he says on some application forms it mentions the filtering when asking about cautions. He can put no for that, but on others it just a general question about all past cautions. Could he put no for that question with the changes in the law? Thanks in advance. OTBC
