Had variations of it every weekend day for two years. Except when it was my turn to
do a proper English fry up.
Actually I still often do a lazy version of it. Can't be arsed with all the ingredients just for myself but eggs, suçuk, pepper flakes and pide are the essentials.
Dunt like the proper Turkish cheese though. Tastes and smells like rubber. I swap it for a decent feta.
