I do get that ... and therefore the article does not need to be balanced.

I do however firmly believe that football has changed massively in the last five years. Things have evolved and I don't think we have kept pace as a club.

Our success has mainly been attributable to Sky money alone. This is why we have stayed at the yoyo level and have now started to slip behind.

The new SD is a positive step and we will need his skills to operate at the level of non investment.

We will always have a low ceiling of achievement whilst the current owners are in place. This could be extended with money and forward thinking.

I always seem to go back to Southampton who are probably the only club who have nailed it.
