Anyone of the teams allegedly at that level can have a bad season & be relegated. Between late 90s & mid 00s, Wimbledon, Coventry, Charlton, Bolton, Middlesbrough, Sheffield Wed, Leeds could all be described as established PL sides. Bournemouth, Watford, Swansea even Stoke could easily get it wrong & go down.
