Comparatively speaking though, it's a very well run football business

I find myself judging the way the club is run against other companies, like my employers and others, and then I step back a sec and think that's quite unfair really. Football is pretty much always reactive - if things are going badly on the pitch that takes over any sensible business thoughts. Not saying it should, but it does.
