No. Firstly we don't actualy know who the '3 or 4' are.
Secondly, it's just not THAT straight forward. I've worked on teams, in Departments even of 20/25 people , where there's been one or two bad eggs and the impact has been huge on the performance of other, more diligent people. Can only imagine it could be worse where footballers are concerned who are more closed knit.
