I worked on a yacht in the summer holidays after my first year at university.

Pros:
* I can now genuinely sing those lyrics 'I've been to Nice and the isles of Greece and I've sipped champagne on a yacht. I've groved like Harlow in Monte Carlo and I showed them what I've got'.

*I got a $50 tip (not for showing them what I've got)

* Some of the Greek Islands were very lovely

Cons:

* Milk was that funny uht stuff so the tea tasted funny

* The work was just basically being a house maid for rich Americans. It's not much fun making beds in cabins

* You had to wear this uniform of white shorts and a flame red shirt
